Jessica Kamphorst is the founder and principal of Kamphorst Advisory, which helps mission-driven organizations build fundraising capacity, strengthen teams, and achieve transformational results.

With more than two decades of experience leading and advising development programs in Canada’s arts, education, and nonprofit sectors, Jessica brings deep expertise in major and principal gifts, campaign design, donor stewardship, and organizational change.

Before founding Kamphorst Advisory, Jessica held senior advancement roles at the University of Toronto, the Canadian Institute for Advanced Research (CIFAR), and OCAD University, and led fundraising teams at Soulpepper Theatre and TIFF.

Her consulting clients have included the Nature Conservancy of Canada, Why Not Theatre, the Toronto International Festival of Authors (TIFA), Soulpepper Theatre, and the Literary Review of Canada. Across each engagement, she’s known for pairing strategic insight with coaching and collaboration — helping leaders and teams unlock capacity, raise more, and sustain change.
